Features

Everything in the box, and what Pro adds.

The free plugin covers contacts, email, campaigns and automation end to end. Pro sharpens the places where a growing list starts to need more — segments, smart links, conditional automation and A/B testing.

Contacts

Everyone who ever touched your site, in one place

Contacts carry a full activity timeline, notes, tags, lists and custom fields. Import them, sync them from WordPress users, or let signups and comments add them for you.

  • Contact records

Create, edit and delete contacts with an activity timeline, private notes and stored metadata.

  • Tags and lists

Two ways to group people: tags for behaviour, lists for subscriptions. Both drive who receives what.

  • Custom fields

Eleven field types — text, textarea, number, date, datetime, select, radio, checkbox, email, phone and URL — grouped into reusable field groups.

  • Subscription status

Every contact is subscribed, pending, unsubscribed or bounced, and campaigns only ever send to the ones that qualify.

  • Double opt-in

A confirmation email, a pending status until they click, and your own wording and redirect for both.

  • WordPress user sync

New users become contacts automatically, and you choose whether deleting a user removes the contact too.

  • Signup and comment opt-in

Add a subscribe checkbox to the registration and comment forms, mapped to the lists and tags you pick.

  • Import and export

Bring contacts in from CSV or Excel with column mapping, and take them back out as CSV whenever you want.

  • Dynamic segments

    Pro

Build a query once across twenty-odd fields — names, location, source, lead score, dates, tags, lists, custom fields, activity — and the audience keeps itself current.

Email

Write it, send it, see what happened

A block editor for the design, five sending backends for delivery, and a log of every message with opens and clicks attached.

  • Drag-and-drop builder

Text, image, button, divider, spacer, column and raw HTML blocks, reordered by dragging. CSS is inlined for you at send time.

  • Two ways to write

Lay it out in the block builder, or type straight into a rich text editor — per campaign. A raw HTML block covers anything the builder will not do.

  • Starter templates

Five ready-made designs — welcome, newsletter, promotional offer, announcement and event invitation — that you import and edit.

  • Saved templates

Keep your own designs in a gallery, preview them before use, and set a shared footer once for everything you send.

  • Email providers

SMTP, Amazon SES, Mailgun and SendGrid, or the WordPress mailer with nothing to configure. Credentials are verified when you save them.

  • Site-wide mail routing

Point the plugin at a provider and the rest of your site's WordPress email goes out through it too.

  • Merge tags

Drop a first name, full name, email, business name or address, an unsubscribe link or a confirmation link into any email from a menu.

  • Email logs

Every send recorded with opens, clicks, status and the rendered message, filterable and exportable to CSV.

Campaigns

Send to thousands without holding your breath

Campaigns pick their audience from tags and lists — or a dynamic segment on Pro — then drain through a queue that survives slow hosts and PHP timeouts.

  • Audience, and who to leave out

Target by tag or list, then exclude by tag or list on top. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts are dropped for you.

  • Scheduling

Send now or set a date. Everything is stored and compared in UTC, so the time you pick is the time it goes.

  • Sending queue

Batched delivery driven by WP-Cron with a non-blocking loopback, and a lock so no batch runs twice.

  • Pause and resume

Pausing a campaign stops the queue mid-send. Resuming picks up exactly where it left off.

  • Open and click tracking

Per-campaign opens, clicks, unique rates and a breakdown of which link got the traffic.

  • Duplicate a campaign

Copy a finished send, change what needs changing, and schedule it again.

  • Cron monitor

A settings screen that shows whether the queue is actually running, what your host allows it, and a button to run it now.

  • Segment targeting

    Pro

Point a campaign at a dynamic segment, or exclude one, and the recipient list is recalculated at send time.

  • A/B testing

    Pro

Split the subject line, sender name or whole email across variants, send to a sample, then let the better open or click rate pick the winner for the remainder.

Automation

Follow-ups that run whether or not you remember

Draw the sequence on a canvas: what starts it, how long to wait, what to send, and where the path forks.

  • Visual builder

Triggers, delays, actions and branches on a flow canvas you can edit while the automation is live.

  • Seven triggers

Contact created or updated, tag added or removed, list joined or left, and manual enrolment.

  • Actions

Send an email, add or remove a tag, add or remove a list — chained in any order you like.

  • Starter automations

Five ready-made sequences — welcome series, lead nurture, welcome discount, win-back and event reminder — that you import and edit.

  • Enrolment and stats

See who is in a sequence, where they are in it, and what each step has done since it went live.

  • Conditions

    Pro

Branch on a field value, a tag, list or segment membership, or whether an earlier email was opened or clicked — with nineteen operators to compare on.

  • Advanced actions

    Pro

Write to a contact field mid-sequence, or post the contact to an outgoing webhook with your own method and headers.

  • Engagement triggers

    Pro

Start an automation the moment someone opens an email or clicks a link inside it.

Team

Give your team the CRM, not the keys to your site

Decide what each person can reach before you hand out a login. The rules are plain WordPress capabilities, so they hold on every screen and every request alike.

  • Built-in roles

CRM Manager, CRM Agent and CRM Viewer arrive configured, so you can assign one and move on.

  • Custom roles

Build a role from a permission matrix covering every area of the CRM, starting from a built-in set if you want a head start.

  • Roles you already use

Grant CRM permissions to Editor, Author or any other role on the site, instead of creating new ones.

  • Several roles per user

Turn it on and a user can hold more than one role, keeping the combined permissions of all of them.

  • Assign from either side

Set roles from the CRM's own Users tab, or from the WordPress user screens where you already manage people.

  • Enforced, not just hidden

A role without a permission never sees the menu row or the page, and the REST API refuses the request behind it.

Connections

The rest of your stack can talk to it

Nothing here is locked in. Data comes in over webhooks and a REST API, and goes back out the same way.

  • Incoming webhooks

Give any external form or app a URL that creates contacts and manages their tags and lists, scoped to the actions you allow.

  • Webhook logs

Every incoming call recorded with its payload and result, so you can see why something did not land.

  • REST API

Every screen in the dashboard is built on the same authenticated REST routes you can call yourself.

  • WordPress hooks

Actions and filters at every meaningful point, so a developer can extend it without forking it.

  • Analytics

Overview, contact growth, email performance and campaign comparison, each over a date range you choose.

  • Setup wizard

A first-run walkthrough that gets your business details, sending account and first contacts in place.

  • Smart links

    Pro

Trackable links that tag a contact, add or remove them from lists, or start an automation on click, then redirect wherever you point them.

  • Click intelligence

    Pro

Smart link clicks are counted total and unique, with the device, browser, OS, country and referrer behind each one.

  • Outgoing webhooks

    Pro

An automation step that posts contact data to any endpoint you name.

Requirements

What it needs from your server.

Nothing exotic. If your site runs a current WordPress, it runs Kelune CRM. Sending volume is limited by your host and your email provider, not by the plugin.
