# Kelune CRM > Kelune CRM is an email marketing CRM: contacts, segments, email campaigns and visual automation. It comes in two separate editions: Kelune CRM Cloud, a hosted app at app.kelunecrm.com, and Kelune CRM Self-hosted, a free plugin with a paid Pro add-on that runs inside your own WordPress site. - Kelune CRM Cloud (hosted by us): every feature is on every plan, and plans differ only in size. Free covers 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails a month; paid plans are $9, $19 and $49 a month per workspace. Mail goes out through the workspace's own SMTP, Amazon SES, Mailgun or SendGrid account. - Kelune CRM Self-hosted (hosted by you): the free plugin on WordPress.org has no contact or email limit and stores everything in the site's own database. Kelune CRM Pro adds dynamic segments, smart links, conditional automation with email open and click triggers, advanced automation actions and campaign A/B testing, licensed per site from $39 a year. It needs WordPress 6.6 and PHP 8.1 or newer. - The two editions are separate products with separate accounts and licenses; a Cloud plan does not include the plugin, and a Pro license does not include Cloud. ## Product -
