# How to manage workspace settings

> Rename a workspace, change its address and time zone, export all of its data, delete it, restore it within 30 days, and create more workspaces.

Product: Kelune CRM Cloud (hosted by us). Page: https://kelunecrm.com/docs/cloud/workspace/workspace-settings

A workspace holds its own contacts, campaigns, automations, and team. Its settings set its name, its address in the app, and the time zone schedules use. This is also where you export everything or delete the workspace.

> **Note:**
>
> Owner and Admin can change the name and time zone. Only an Owner can change the address, export the data, or delete the workspace.

## Change the name, address, or time zone

1. Click **Settings** in the sidebar.
2. Under **System**, click **Workspace**.
3. Change the **Workspace name**, **Workspace slug**, or **Timezone**.
4. Click **Save settings**.

![The Workspace page with the name, slug and time zone, the data export and the danger zone](https://kelunecrm.com/images/docs/cloud/workspace/workspace-settings/workspace.webp)

| Field | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Workspace name** | The name your team sees in the app and in invitations |
| **Workspace slug** | The part of the app address after `/w/`, such as `app.kelunecrm.com/w/mallowen` |
| **Timezone** | The time zone campaigns, recurring campaigns, and reports use. Times are stored in UTC and shown in this zone |

> **Caution:**
>
> Changing the slug changes every link to the workspace. Old links and bookmarks stop working. Emails already sent, tracking links, API keys, and connected AI tools keep working.

## Export all the data

1. Under **Data export**, click **Export workspace**.
2. Wait until the export shows **Ready**.
3. Click **Download**.

The archive holds all contacts, lists, notes, email logs, campaigns, automations, and settings as JSON files. Passwords and keys are not included. Each archive can be downloaded for 7 days, and each plan allows a number of exports per billing period.

To export only contacts as a spreadsheet, see [How to export contacts](https://kelunecrm.com/docs/cloud/contacts/export-contacts).

## Delete the workspace

1. Under **Danger zone**, click **Delete workspace**.
2. Type the workspace name to confirm.
3. Click **Delete workspace**.

Everyone loses access right away, and a paid plan stops renewing.

> **Danger:**
>
> After 30 days the workspace and all of its data are deleted for good. Export the data first if you may need it.

## Restore a deleted workspace

For 30 days, the owner can bring a deleted workspace back:

1. Click **Workspaces** in the sidebar.
2. Find the workspace marked **Deleted**.
3. Click **Restore** and confirm.

Its members get access again, and a paid plan starts renewing again.

## Create another workspace

1. Click the workspace name at the top left, then **New workspace**.
2. Enter a **Workspace name** and click **Create the workspace**.

Every new workspace starts on the Free plan, and an account can own one free workspace. To create another, move your other workspaces to a paid plan first. See [How to create your Kelune CRM Cloud account](https://kelunecrm.com/docs/cloud/getting-started/create-account) for switching between workspaces.
